January is gone!!

January is gone for another year and this is my first post for just over 3 months!!!!!!!
What can I say.....life gets hectic, priorities change, expectations do the same.
We had a great holiday at Agnes Water with all the family which was wonderful. The weather could have been much better but I am not complaining..........we had a holiday!!
I am hoping that 2008 is going to be great for our family. Lots of things happening already this year and probably the hardest was losing my beautiful Grandmother on 5 January. She was so special in my life and I am so lucky to have photo's of her with my Grandson Matthew.
DS Liam and his girlfriend are moving to Gladstone next weekend. He has transferred his job and is really looking forward to the change. DS Clinton finishes his Fitter and Turner apprenticeship in about a week and he is also thinking about making the move to Gladstone in the not too distant future. DS Michael is also thinking seriously about the same move later in the year when his lease runs out in Noosa.

DD Kimberley is due to have her second baby in about 3 weeks. On the countdown now.....another precious little soul for Nanny to scrap!!! LOL Matthew is growing up so fast and is now starting to repeat everything and is giving out lots of hugs and kisses!!

I have started back in my new job and lots of organising happening for a planning day on the 21st February. Everything is so new and different to my old job, but I am loving the new challenges.
DH Dennis is enjoying working Part time!! Doing some casual work for friends.......some people have to good!!! SE Qld has had some good rain and things are now looking green and lush, but we still need lots more to fill up the BP Dam and lift water restrictions. The drought has definately not broken here.
On the scrapping scene I have been keeping up with my DT duties at CountryPapercraft and also my 52 pieces of me is also keeping me busy. Having such a great time doing this and the end result will be a wonderful keepsake. Also got some yummy Grungeboard in the mail the other day and can't wait to use some......today might be the day!!! Loving the new BG and have been lucky to have two more LO's accepted in the BasicGrey gallery.
I also have two LO's being published in Scrapbook Creations later this year. I submitted a few to Scrapbooking Memories yesterday........not holding my breathe though!!
I made up some challenges for the Australia Day Cyber Crop at CPC and the girls and I had some fun with that and the Bingo!!!
